Terms and Conditions

Golden Giftcard is a luxurious way to indulge yourself or someone special in our salon experiences and curated merchandise.

Before purchasing or redeeming your digital gift card, please take a moment to review the terms and conditions below. These guidelines explain how and where your gift card can be used, important validity details, and other helpful information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Validity Period: Golden Gift Cards are valid for THREE (3) YEARS from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the voucher cannot be redeemed, and any unused balance will be considered VOID. No exceptions will be made for expired vouchers.

Non-Transferable: Golden Gift Cards are non-transferable. While they may be given as a gift from the original purchaser to one recipient, they cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to any other party after that initial gift. The gift card is for the exclusive use of the original purchaser or their chosen single recipient.
Golden Gift Cards can be redeemed for:

* Services offered at our salon (manicures, pedicures, nail treatments, extensions, nail art, etc.) * Merchandise/products sold at our salon (Hands and Feet Magic Kits, and Press-Me Nails)

How to Redeem - Online: When booking an appointment online, enter your voucher code at checkout. The voucher balance will be applied to your appointment total.

How to Redeem - In Person: Present your Golden Gift Card code at the salon during your service. Our staff will apply the balance toward your total service and merchandise charges.

Multiple Redemptions: Your voucher can be used multiple times across different visits and services until the entire balance is completely depleted. You do not need to use the full amount in one visit.
Non-Refundable: Once purchased, Golden Gift Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind.

No Cash Back: If your service or merchandise purchase is less than the remaining available balance, NO CASH will be issued for the difference. The unused balance remains on your voucher and can be applied to future visits until the voucher expires or is fully depleted.

No Exchanges: Golden Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, store credit, or any other form of compensation.

Lost or Stolen: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced vouchers. We will not issue replacements or refunds for missing Golden Gift Cards. We recommend keeping your gift code in a safe location.
Cannot Be Combined: Golden Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, coupons, or sales unless explicitly authorised in writing by the salon.

Applicable to All Services & Merchandise: Golden Gift Cards can be redeemed for any services or merchandise the salon offers, with no exclusions.

Tips and Taxes Gratuity (tips): Any applicable taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by the Golden Gift Card balance.
Right to Modify Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and in the salon. Continued use of the gift card after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Right to Suspend or Cancel: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any gift cards if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Code Not Working: If your gift card code does not work during online booking or in-salon redemption, please contact us immediately with your gift card details so we can resolve the issue.

Duplicate Charges: If you are charged twice for the same code or transaction, please contact us within 7 days, and we will issue a full refund or credit.
