Services

Due to the nature of beauty and nail services, we do not offer refunds for completed services.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience issues with your service, please get in touch with us not later than 5 days after your appointment so we can assess and resolve the concern. Possible resolutions may include (these are provided at our discretion and subject to our salon policies):

Adjustment appointment
Repair
Service review

Products (Press-Me Nails, Hands & Feet Magic Kits, and any other merchandise)

If physical products are sold through our website:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

We do not accept returns for:

Used items
Opened hygiene products
Sale items (unless faulty)

Faulty Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch with us, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Booking Deposits

Deposits are subject to our cancellation policy and may be non-refundable depending on notice provided.

Shipping and Returns

We offer free domestic shipping on all our items and free international shipping on orders of $ 100 NZD or more. A flat shipment rate of $15 applies to purchases under $100 (NZD).

Please note that we do not offer free returns. This is due to our commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our patrons and staff. Nevertheless, if you receive a damaged or defective item, don’t hesitate to contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. We will be more than happy to assist you in addressing any issues with your order.

Free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders, with no minimum quantity or amount required, with a lead delivery timeframe of 2-3 business days via standard delivery.
International customers receive free shipping on orders over $ 100 NZD. The delivery timeframe is confirmed after your order is placed, as we must first verify with our third-party shipping partner.
For international orders under $100 NZD, a flat shipping fee of $15.00 NZD applies.
For orders of 10 or more quantities, delivery will take 3-4 days via standard shipping.
