    This policy applies to all purchases made at our salon and online store.

    Please note that we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or design preferences. If you receive a faulty item, please get in touch with us immediately, and we will gladly send you a replacement. 

    To promote longevity of your purchases, we recommend that you visit our salon to have your real nails measured and try on the Press-On nails in person. This ensures you can confirm the colour, texture, and design before making a purchase.

  • Shipping Policy

    We offer free domestic shipping on all our items and free international shipping on orders of $ 100 NZD or more. A flat shipment rate of $15NZD applies to purchases under $100 (NZD).

    Please note that we do not offer free returns. This is due to our commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our patrons and staff. Nevertheless, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, don’t hesitate to contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. We will be more than happy to assist you with any issues regarding your order.
