This policy applies to all purchases made at our salon and through our online store.

• Please note that we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or design preferences.

• If you receive a faulty item, please get in touch with us immediately, and we will gladly send you a replacement.

To promote the longevity of your purchases, we recommend visiting our salon to have your natural nails measured and try on the Press-Me Nails in person. This ensures you can confirm the colour, texture, and design before a purchase.

We offer free domestic shipping on all our items and free international shipping on orders of $100 NZD or more. A flat shipping rate of $15 NZD applies to purchases under $100 (NZD).

Please note that we do not offer free returns. This is due to our commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our patrons and staff. Nevertheless, if you received a damaged or defective item, don't hesitate to contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.

We will be more than happy to assist you with any issues regarding your order.

We recommend following the steps below to ensure you maximise the use of your Press-Me Nails:

1. Gently push back your cuticles using the provided wooden stick.

2. File your natural nails, then gently buff the nail bed to remove any shine.

3. Clean your nails using the provided alcohol wipes.

4. Check your Press-Me nails to ensure you're applying the correct piece for each nail size. (If you had your set properly fitted by us, you don't need to worry about this step, as your set will be properly labeled, so you know exactly which piece goes on which finger). 😍

5. Apply nail glue tp your natural nail. (Nail adhesive tabs are also provided if you choose to use these instead).

6. Apply the Press-Me Nails and hold each one in place for 5-15 seconds before moving on to the next. Repeat until you have completed then entire set.
