All sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Shipping and Returns

We offer free shipping on all our items domestically and free international shipping on orders of $100 or more. A flat shipment rate of $15 applies to purchases under $100 (NZD).
Please note that we do not offer free returns. This is due to our commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our patrons and staff. Nevertheless, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, don’t hesitate to contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. We will be more than happy to assist you in addressing any issues with your order.

Free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders, with no minimum quantity or amount required, with a lead delivery timeframe of 2-3 business days via standard delivery.

International customers receive free shipping on orders over $100. The delivery timeframe is confirmed after your order is placed, as we must first verify with our third-party shipping partner.

For international orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $15.00 applies.

For orders of 10 or more quantities, delivery will take 3-4 days via standard shipping.
