What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept various methods of payment such as: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit and Credit cards, including AMEX, Tap-To-Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, PayPal, Stripe, Wise accounts, Bank transfers (both local and international accounts), Mobile Pay, Pay by link and scanning of QR codes.  If the type of payment you are looking for is not listed here, please ask one of our friendly technicians, and they will be happy to assist you. In most cases, we can accept almost all types of payment from our clients.

Do you have vegan or Halal-friendly polishes?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We are pleased to inform you that we offer a range of plant-based polishes that are both vegan and Halal-friendly. Pop in our salon to see the colours available.  ​  If you’d also like to bring your nail polish, we’re okay with that. But please keep in mind that even if you have got your polish with you. We are still charging you our full price for your service.

Question 3

Do you give warranty for your nail enhancements?

Accepted Answer

Except for the regular nail polish/enamel/lacquer, all of our nail enhancements, from gel polish, acrylics, builder gel, soft and hard gel, dipping powders, and polygels, yes, we give a five (5) day warranty. If your set experiences an issue within the next five days after you receive your enhancements, please call us to let us know, and we will schedule a repair immediately, with no questions asked.   ​  However, for all repairs that are more than five days after your enhancement application, it is at the salon’s discretion. Our technician will assess the issue and, if the cause is not due to our system, an error in the application, or a product fault, we can fix the problem. However, a fee of $3.00 per nail may be incurred.

Question 4

Can you remove my ingrown nail?

While all our technicians can identify the issue and remove the excess skin around it to provide temporary relief, we do not allow our technicians to remove your ingrown nail.     We strongly advise seeking assistance from a podiatrist, as ingrown nails can lead to infection. And we don’t want to cause or risk adding more to the issue. A quick visit to a podiatrist can be beneficial for many reasons, and they are the right professionals to address your foot and ankle concerns.

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the service?

All of our nail technicians are trained and are obliged to inquire with their clients multiple times throughout the session. They will ask you at the beginning, and each time they progress through their service. They will ask you if you are still happy with the length, shape, and if your chosen colour is still okay with you. And they will ask you once more just before the service concludes as well. This is to prevent any clients from leaving our salon unsatisfied and unhappy. We aim to provide you with a great experience, and we strive to achieve this goal.   ​  We also encourage our customers to voice any concerns or if there are changes to your chosen shape, colour, length, or design. We would be happy to make the adjustments to your liking. Your nail technician would never mind any adjustments or alterations to your initial decision, as we are all here with the same goal: to provide you with a fantastic experience with us.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

Although we prefer for our clients to make a reservation so we can be fully prepared for your arrival, we do accept walk-ins as long as we are available and can accommodate you.

Question 7

How do I cancel my appointment?

Accepted Answer

If you need to reschedule your appointment or cancel, we would greatly appreciate it if you could do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will enable us to reallocate the time we have booked for you and may result in us declining other clients.  For rescheduling or cancelling appointments within 24 hours or providing late notice, your reservation fee paid when creating your booking will be forfeited. The same policy applies to no-shows.

What can I do for lifting, chipping and nail breakage?

These issues are always a risk when getting a nail set. It is essential to recognise that these issues can arise for various reasons and that our lifestyle has a profound impact on them. Our activities, such as our usual way of using our hands for everyday tasks, washing our hands, and even applying moisturisers or lotions, also have an impact. It’s also important to be aware that if the current status of your natural nail is not healthy or has been damaged by a previous set, this can impact how well your new set maintains its longevity and strength.   ​  **Please note that when you book a nail enhancement service, our technician will evaluate your nail health. If it is determined that your nails are not in a suitable condition for the chosen enhancement, we may need to decline the service. However, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment once your nail health has improved.
