This allows us to make the necessary changes and adjustments. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time frame. - Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid to book your session.
