Please note that we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or design preferences. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly send you a replacement.
To promote longevity of your purchases, we recommend that you visit our salon to have your real nails measured and try on the Press-On nails in person. This ensures you can confirm the colour, texture, and design before making a purchase.
Shipping Policy
We offer free domestic shipping on all our items and free international shipping on orders of $ 100 NZD or more. A flat shipment rate of $15NZD applies to purchases under $100 (NZD).
Please note that we do not offer free returns. This is due to our commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our patrons and staff. Nevertheless, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, don’t hesitate to contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
